I'm not so sure all fit in the tactical voting.
In the last few hours of any challenge the "Drive By 5'er's" come out of seclusion:-) You know, the procrastinators who always say "I've got time". But when time is almost up they drive by furiously tossing out 5's just to meet their 20%. vote count:-) Of course we have not even discussed the "Middle of the Roaders" citizens:-)
This of course is all tongue in cheek but I have a feeling there is some truth in that it does describe some voting behaviors. |
