Not uncommon to put one "frame" videos up to showcase the song. Now if they just gave credit...
I am in a band and we have some if our music available under the creative commons license-i got an email once saying can I use your song in my movie... I said sure, the next day I saw it on a film festival website. The movie featuring a snippet of my song won the sarajevo film festival. Crazy. And our music will pop up on youtube all the time!

She should probably be more upset about this (no credit, distorted aspect). Or this one (no credit and watermarked with another person's website).
Really, the better you are, the more you will see your images used like this. You'd likely drive yourself crazy trying to constantly chase them down. |

Pull up the image and drag it into a google images search window (or right-click and search google images if you have that installed). |
