Richard Cain,  SunDog, lives right on the river over in the Eastern Shore of Maryland, the Chesapeake delta area. He's an old friend of  PennyClick, a new friend of mine, and about to become a friend of yours, we hope. We'll get some pics up for him soon. He has a telescope, lives in a place with great sky, and is looking forward to pumping the astronomical well for suggestions.

Uh, if he has a telescope/camera mount, I suspect we will soon be pumping him for astrophotgraphy tips ... :-) |

| Welcome Rick! I spent my summers growing up at a little campground called Ellendale right outside of Rock Hall. I should take a trip back to see how it's changed over the years. |

Welcome Rick. I look fwd to getting some tips about telescope photography. I have a couple of scopes, the larger one being a 10 inch Meade. Florida, at sea level is not the best for astrophotography, similar to where you are. I'm enjoying Jupiter this month.
You pick some pretty good people to pal around with. |

Hey, guys, for the record: Rick HAS a telescope and he wants to LEARN how to shoot with it. He has an adapter that puts the camera on it. He has a tracking mount. And he has ZERO experience at shooting the heavens, so HE'LL be looking to YOU for help :-)
Me, I know squadoosh about the astro stuff...
