A nice feature addition to the site would be a 'My Threads' section on the profile page. I would like to be able to refer back to threads that I have created in the past. Searching for some threads is proving difficult. I wrote a short series of threads a while back on 'becoming a better photographer' that I can't find :)

Well, it would be a little redundant with the "last threads posted to" list.

John, to help you out in the mean time, see this thread, which has links to your other 3 posts courtesy of KarenB.

P.S. A search for "lesson" in the Tips & Tricks forum returned these results.

The 'last threads posted to' list may or may not contain threads I created though. It took me about 20 minutes to find the threads I was looking for because I could not remember what I titled them or which forum I posted them in. They are over a year old now...

In my opinion, this site could take a lesson from avsforum.com on how to maintain a community forum. That site is so easy to navigate as a member and the ability to find old threads is legendary.

Shame about the awful colours and abundance of adverts, really..

That site uses vBulletin - which is available on a lot of sites.

You can search on your nick and get a list of all threads where your posts have been quoted. Might help some.

Search for your username.

DPChallenge Forums >> Search Results (wwwavenger)

Chances are someone quoted you in a thread you started and your username will be there.

Don't be fooled. It's infinitely useable once you need to find something. I knew it used third party forum software. I think the search features, though, are a home brew. I could be wrong.
