I don't give out a lot of DNMCs, but have done so on occasion. It's great to 'think outside of the box', but when I have to spend a lot of time trying to figure out what that photographer is saying (because his/her entry sure feels like a different conversation altogether), I'll DNMC-tag it with a question or comment. I don't mind admitting that I just don't "get it". If the image is terrific, I still might score it a 5 or 6 (where otherwise, it may have earned a 7 or 8 from me.)
