I decided to do some bracket shots. What I am seeing is not a change in exposure as much as a shift in color. I have my camera set to Av mode, manual focus, set white balance, exposure for 3 shots. This is what I get (Sorry about the crappy subject)
I should correct myself...I actually did 7 shots and took the 0,+,- (the lowest end of - and highest of +)
I'm not sure what's happening here. It's just 1 shot (Click the shutter button) and it automatically captures (Or creates) 7 exposures...no 1 click for the first, 2nd click for the second, 3rd click for the third shot...
Am I missing something here?? |

To what do you have your white balance set?
ETA, I see you have posted the extremes of the series... I really see no appreciable difference in exposure, but as you say, there is one in WB.
Are you perhaps set to bracket the WB? I don't even know if that's possible with that camera.
OK, just checked, it is possible with that camera. Looks like you are configured to bracket WB, not exposure.

| What kirbic said, which should actually be a stamp by now. Clearly it's not exposure bracketing, but white balance. |

OK...I figured it out.
Yes, it's doing a white balance thingy...
I stumbled upon a post from another forum saying you had to push 2 buttons on top to access the exposure bracketing...now it's taking pictures.
I'm trying to do a HRD time-lapse...should be fun! |

Man if you're doing an HDR timelapse you're going to have an insane number of photos. INSANE... |

Yeah, I know. Timelapse is time CONSUMING.
Batch processing makes things easy though... |
