How about a challenge for first entries/newbies.
A monthly challenge whereby all new registered users/first entrants get to submit their best work, show off their...er..hum...talents and kick start their DPC community life with constructive critism and the chance of a ribbon.
Not sure how many "new recruits" the site gets each month, but might be worth it??? |

| This came up quite recently and I think the general opinion was that there wouldn't be enough entrants. |
