Guys I wonder if someone could help me understand the comment made by idealodds.."just got hit with a 3"...How do you know what the voters are actually giving you other than the average vote score which is what shows up..
This is my latest score and although its gone down from 6.4 which is what it started off with I am unable to tell what the scores are other than just the average score..

Basically it goes like this:
You received 6.1129 * 62 = 379 points so far.
Now you get another vote, and your average changes to, let's say 6.1111.
So now you received 6.1111 * 63 = 385 Points, which means that the last voter gave you a six.
It is not fool proof, because another voter could have changed his previous vote at the same time, or two people vote more or less at once and your votes jump more than by one (from 62 to 64).

I have the spread sheet :) Makes really nice graphs too! lol
Speaking of which, I was hit with a 3 last night too :/
But bjoern is right, its not fool proof, its possible as an example that I got a 4 and someone who gave me a higher vote lowered those. But for the most part its pretty accurate. |
