No comments don't mean rude...

In my opinion, the birds, though small, are the focal point here and are lacking in clarity/detail. Too much PP was done in the trees and shoreline, as the colors came out kind of weird, (green & blue) almost looking like it was solarized. Take a look at it again, but view it from somehwat extreme angles on your monitor and you will see what I mean.

Just my 0.02¢

While I don't mind a fair amount of post-processing, the background does look a bit over-whelming to me. It's quite splotchy and drawing focus from the birds. That being said, I like the colors a lot.

train, whats funny is that when you got your comments and you never responded back...does that mean you didnt like the comments?

my two cents...picture is over processed, but the idea you were going for is good...

I was joking about being rude

I know it is over processed It was done in Arcsoft and It was an awful picture to start with I was in fact trying to take an image of a bird up close and it flew away LOL!!!but I liked the formation of the birds so I put a colour reduction and darkened it and played around until I thought it looked good I wish it was clear but the splogdes on the background are how the colour reduction leaves it.
I didnt respond before because I was busy with my family its school holidays here in New Zealand
Thank you for the comments left much appreciated
I used much the same process on this image
