Some may have seen this already, but check out the gear invovled and the setup! Some wise words at the end.

My reflexes are so advanced, I can do that with my point & shoot camera. But girls should stick to the 40fps setup. |

Well, that's one way to attack the problem, throw gear at it, LOL! I totally agree with her statement that "luck favors the prepared." I might question the direction of her preparations. It seems like she could well have just used a sound trigger with a variable delay to capture the precise moment she wanted in a single shot. |

I think she's partly operating on the principal of impressing the client with massive gear in order to command a more massive paycheck.

Yes you are right, however, with limited time with the model you don't get 100-200 snaps out of one camera to get the right one. This setup gets you that in a fraction of the time with the model. And yes as Sloppy Slippy said she can demand the huge price tag with that setup.
