I just looked at the first link. At least she says that they are collected pictures -- and it doesn't appear she's claiming them for her own. However, the copyright reuse prohibited message over each one is a little ridiculous since she broke that rule.
Also, what's really annoying, is that she didn't pick any of mine! :P

| This is the kind of stuff I think people should just not sweat. It's gonna happen when you post your pictures to the internet. He states they are collected photos, isn't claiming they are his, and isn't profiting from them. I never worry about this stuff. |

Nope. But they paid me for them. :) But you notice I wrote "isn't profiting from them". That would be a whole different ballgame from some guy saying, "hey, this is a neat picture!". |

It's your choice to worry about it or not when it's your photo. Some people choose to take a hard line with it, others may not care.

| My photos have been stolen so many times it's like trying to bail water with a fork. Try a Google search for "yin yang egg." Sheesh! |
