Okay, not sure if the exif data records this, but mine does with my Nikon... Inspired by this THREAD

The two open challenges:

CHALLENGE:

Shoot a photograph in all Manual mode. Use your knowledge of Manual to create a photography technique i.e. Shallow or deep DoF, Motion Blur, HDR, and title your work appropriately ...

or

Shoot a photograph in all Fully Automatic mode. Use your camera's knowledge to create a photography technique i.e. Shallow or deep DoF, Motion Blur, HDR (usually not recommended, but impress us), and title your work appropriately...
