Challenge history suggests the names of the current exclusive topics could have "II" added. Perhaps SC will be looking into that.

2005 Outside Looking In

2003 Inside Looking Out

Interesting to consider images that would fit equally well in both topics. Make a picture that shows a cat looking out through a window at a child who is looking in at the cat. Deciding which topic to enter could be challenging.
