This piece was expired by another Artist..I wanted my own version and spoke on how I felt at one time or many times in our lives...Has much emotion and feelings...and personal...However, as a photo goes...I hope it displays emotions and a story..
Photo info: Shot 4 separate shots and compiled them into one panel layer....with many adjustments as well....
I know that it's dark or over exposed in some areas...it's suppose too....when in a critical situation in life...you often don't see things clearly and your view is either blinding and/or obtructive...adds to the feel to the photo(s)....
I was wondering how others view this piece...I was thinking about getting it printed for display in an local art show this Fall...any thoughts? Thank you in a advance...
Oh, if I were to print this out...I would print all 4 shots seperately, the matting would replace any of those drop shadows...so....that would come later... just wanted imput for the photos themselves...again, thanks.

I have a different view. I like what you're going for, and with the pictures shown, I'd use only the last two, and in reverse order. Or maybe the face on top of the hands. But just the last two. In any event, good stuff; keep experimenting!

I agree with laurie about the last one being cut off--it really prevents me from wanting to look at too long. I personally think the first image just blows the others out of the water and makes them look weak. I would buy a print of #1 no problem, but as a set I think it's not really something I'd be interested in (not to say the other images are bad, I just much prefer the first). |
