Hello,
I own a small business. I took two photos of one of my clients wearing my product. She was happy with it and I put her photo on my business website for about 8 months. We discussed later on about another photo shoot for our new business catalog and told her that I will compensate her for the first photos and the new ones altogether. She later changed her mind and wanted to be compensated for the two photos. How much should I pay her? Thank you for any advice you can give me.

Pay her half of whatever you had in mind when you said you would compensate her for both shoots, since she only completed one? |

Not to worry -- it's kind of hard to know what to quote as we don't know what part of the world you are in and whether or not you had a model release, etc.
If you do what you think is right, you'll never go wrong. :) |
