Hi - Something going on with updating the lens database?
Perhaps I was spoiled by the response in the past, but I submitted a request (twice) yesterday morning and haven't heard anything back yet?
Anyone on SC that can check the equipment add request queue please?

| How does one get a lens added? Does one go the ticket route? There doesn't seem to be a spot on the lenses page. |

It's under Help/Contact Us...there's a selection for equipment additions. |

| I was gonna buy the fish-eye, but the price they wanted for the Canon adapter was outrageous! ($19.95) So I called the deal off. |

Ok. Now I'm really not getting what's going on here. Did I piss off somebody on SC? Highly unusual for an equipment update not to be taken care of in a few hours at most and I submitted it twice, it's now been 36 hours.
This afternoon I followed up with a ticket (contact us/general inquiry) to the SC...STILL NOTHING! WTH?! |

That's assuming the SC is monitoring the world for new/missing equipment. Not really practical. |
