I know someone posted awhile ago, about studio jobs and the pay rate. I couldn't find it, so I will ask again.

I recently got two of my photos chosen for Jones labels... my mom showed her boss my labels and he loved them! He wants me to shoot for their product labels. I have never done this before, and I was wondering how much to charge. He don't have alot to invest, so what is a fair price for him, but not that I cheat myself?

Thank you so much!

Maybe a flat rate of $100/hr would be a good starting point... This rate includes photo time and post processing time...

Here are two good books that may help!

Pricing Photography: The Complete Guide to Assignment & Stock Prices by Michal Heron, David MacTavish

The Big Picture: The Professional Photographer's Guide to Rights, Rates & Negotiation by Lou Jacobs

They are both available at Amazon ... and maybe your public library.
