After doing so poorly in the Waiting Challenge is was such a thrill for me to check the Photo of the Day at Steve's Digicams and see that the picture I submited is Photo of the Day for today!

IMHO you could have possibly cropped out the bit of tree on the right, but who cares. Congradulations!
Edit: actually on second thought I take that back. The tree adds to the photo's feeling of wildernessness. is that a word?
