Hey that's really cool!
The first thing that came to my mind when looking at it was "The lord of the rings" movie. The dark tones agains the bright eyes is just great. The texture also adds a lot and give it a somewhat restless feeling.
I love it!

| !!! Outstanding! Great character, great shot, good composition, awesome post, the works. The only tiny thing that i would change is move the camera just slightly up or down, but that's not very important at all. |

I don't think they are. It seems to be an illusion because the head is tilted a little to one side, so his left pupil is rotated up higher than his right pupil so that they look at the same point, in the camera's general direction. |
