USM = UnSharp Mask filter (under Filters > Sharpen).
Allows you to control sharpening parameters. Search for it -- there are a couple of fairly recent threads which discuss it in detail.

I love this stuff.
I added some soft focus bidness to help focus on the face.
I sometimes have trouble getting colors to "pop" when I convert them for the web. This looks pretty stellar in RL.
