I'm really new to this software stuff!! I copied a lady after the lasso and erase thing and put her on another photo. Can I move her to a different location that the program put her at? I'm using Photoshop 7.0. Thanks for any help you can give me with this.

Yes. In your tools palette choose the move tool (looks like a short arrow with a crosshair next to it, top right in the palette) this will allow you to move whatever is on the layer you have selected.

Thanks Ray. One tip to keep in mind when you are making this kind of selection is to Feather the selection by 1 to 3 pixels prior to copying and pasting it. This softenes the selection edge slightly to keep it looking more realistic. On the top tool bar running across the top of the screen when you have a selection tool chosen you should see The Feather window where you can input the feather level. Keep in mind that the number will reamin that way even if you start a new selection. It will need to be set back to zero if you want a new selection without feathering. Hope this makes sense.
