| i dont know about giving you anything constructive because i barely know what i am doing, but i think it would have been cool to see her feet in the sand, otherwise i think it is beautiful. i like the orange sun reflecting of the front her. you caught a pretty wave, right before it covered the rocks |

Thanks for your reply.
The reason you can`t see her feet was that she`s standing on a boat slipway and it doesn`t do the scene any favours. |

| It gives me me feeling of someone who enjoys water whatever the weather. |

Hope you don't mind. I took your picture and cropped out the at the waters horizon because IMO the hills and sky was a bit bland, not your fault just looked very smoggy. Then I used levels and increased the blue in the water making it look cooler since she was wearing a sweater and had the sun shinning on her. I can email you a copy if like or you can try it yourself to see what you think. At the moment I don't have a way of posting it so if you would like to view I would have to email it to you then you can post to see if others think it improved the photo or not. Just my 2 cents.
BTW you photo looks good they way you have it.

I like it quite a lot...love the light. But I agree with another post that it'd be better if her entire body [or even less of her]was showing.
Not that you ALWAYS have to have feet in a shot, but for some reason it just 'feels' like they should be there to be complete. |

I like the image, excellent lighting.
Needs feet and maybe a slightly higher viewpoint to get rid of the bland sky (or a grad filter might do the trick)

I agree about having the feet in the shot, since you titled it Wet Feet. Otherwise, a little less of her body would work a little better (with a different name, of course.) Beautiful shot nonetheless. :o)

I'd have to say that the feet crop is the only major flaw I see with this image. Go back, shoot it over. Put the girl on the beach so you have no reason to crop out the bottom of the image.
