Sorry. Nice soft female tiddies. My operational definition was lacking the key element of non moobs (man boobs).

I think the female nude is beautiful in the 'i can give birth to life' way, beautiful and sleek lines... but nothing beats a 6 pack or the lines on the lower abdomen of a man (to me) hehe I like things real. I like to see voluptuous women with Real curves, men with hair, sweat, grease, etc. Most of the simple photos of a womans breasts just make me go, 'WoW More Breasts, I see them everyday in the mirror" LOL I don't see her soul or learn anything about her from the photograph. I feel like most of the nude female photographs are only taken specifically for the purpose of showing nakedness, for shock, pleasure, taboo, whatever the reason, thats not artistic to me. I think Mehmet's self portaits are some of the best I've seen come out of DPC. They are real and honest.. I like that :)

I would love to do some male nude work, however... While it is posible to find women that will "potentially" model nude who have never done it before if they say "yeah i'll do it" they do...

Men on the otherhand, in my experiance, say they will then make very single excuse under the sun for why they keep missing the shoot.

It should however be noticed that I only work with amatuers on TFP's at the moment... perhaps with professional models it would be different, but then again the number of pro-male models in ratio to pro-female models is huge!

I actually think a nice tastefull muscular nude male would make for an excelent subject!

I never said anything about TVs and guts. only hair and elbow skin. I'm pretty sure you don't have to be out of shape to have those things ;) I just meant to echo what others have said: in general the female form is a lot more attractive than the male one. although i have seen some very nice male bodies photographed well. and yes, i can say that and still like girls better ;)

....and here's where the 1/3 (declared, not null) female population of DPC have an advantage in a potential Nude II: We got 'em and we can take a photo of 'em any time we want to....soft and pretty and nice and all....

the reason i asked about male to female ratio is because i
think the female sex contributes more to the comments?

[could be the mothering factor?]

Not in my experience. I have received 31 comments between the Macro IV and Miniature challenges. Only 4 are from women.
