We just returned from our vacation recently and here are some shots I got. I'm trying to spend more effort on light and shadow, hence the silhouettes in several of these.
How do you like these?

Those sunsets are just gorgeous. I kind of like the 2nd one down best out of the sunset shots...the deeper, darker colors are beautiful. The shot of your daughter is priceless...it's so much fun seeing them step into the ocean for the first time! Beautiful work, as always! :o)

#1 is my #1. I LOVE it when all the rules are broken but the shot still WORKS. It would be scored low for: overexposure and dead centering of the model, BUT that's what makes it work. The texture in the forground sand leads you to the model - who has a great and playful pose. Her shadow is an added treat. The "hint" of blue color in her bathing suit is just the right splash of color.

Kevin - I left you comments on each one. Funny, Photom echoes what I said about the first one. It's "all wrong" and is perfect for it!!Absolutely stunning photos.

Where are the models frollicking on the beach? Kevin what happened? Did you turn into a landscape photog? ;) LOL
