Our 3-week old kitten was out enjoying some fresh air with us this weekend while we were in the back yard:

He's doing just fine...seems to have taken up residence in my shrub out front. Mom and Dad are feeding him and dive-bombing the cats, and one of the baby's eyes looks a lot better today. He flaps around a lot, but doesn't make it very far at a time.
