what i am trying to do with this is to get a hang of good nude lighting... i want to practice long and hard so that when a stunning female body comes around for me to photograph than i will be ready.. i need honest feedback on composition and lighting.. thanks

just keep playing...thats my best advice. Play with the light until you sort of understand it. So you can look at the body and think...i want this part lit...and know how to do it. Understand your light source. play play play

Some great shots there, especially the third one on the top line. In my opinion there is too much shadow in the bottom 3 photos, which is effective in the top 3 but just slightly over-done in the bottom 3. Just my opinion tho :)

these are good but I prefer high key nudes
so whats a hairy man look like in high key or will you wait for that elusive female ;)

I really like the tones and the lighting in the ones you have numbered 3 and 5. I think they are more complimentary to your skin than the straight B&W ones. But all of them are visually interesting and work well...I just prefer the other two. :o)

Nice series. Good expression of feelings... very intense and tortured feeling actually. I like the 4th one the best - more form there than expression, but is still a good composition and lighting.

No offense mehmet, but thanks for hiding your face. I was tired of seeing it on the front page after a week! :)

I think the lighting is pretty effctive and dramatic. What set-up did you use?

why si my face sickening? if it was a hot chikck's face on front page than you would be upset itwasnt on front page.. and i have to think of lady members too you know :P (just kiddin)

i just used a halogen light in some of them a soft box and in some just direct halogen work light directly lighting the body..
thankd for all the comments:)

That's just jealousy Mehmet, don't worry. If I thought my face could blue ribbon on this site, I wouldn't have said anything.
