My old stomping grounds. Grew up at the top of Pescadero Street, moved into OB apartments when I slipped out on my own. All told, 25 years in OB. Used to go body-surfing after work every day, rain or shine, with 2 friends. I was young then :-) Go have a Hodad's burger and think of me :-). |

Ha! I am not sure if I can handle a full-size Hodad's burger. Getting old too, you know.. By the way, did you realize that that van in the photo is the ad for the Hodad's! Was it around when you were there? This is a look into the place itself:
