Just learned of this site recently, and I'm already hooked. I'm anxious to start in with the challenges. Not that I am by any means going to win, but I would love to hear other's opinions and suggestions about my shots.

To jump right in, I grabbed some random pics i've taken over the past 4 years and posted them. Only a few, don't want to go TOO crazy... yet.

Anyway, I'd love to hear the good, bad and ugly about them.

Just LOVE this site. Looking forward to having them torn apart... contructively. Always looking to improve.

Kiss life good-bye as you knew it. It is DPC now. LOL! (I hope you warned your family and gave notice at work already.)

WElcome!

Some lovely shots there. Looking at them, from 006 on are very good and have a very nice feel to them. The ones before are nice but have more of a snapshot feel to them, while the ones after look like they were thought out and the composition seems to work better.

Good Luck!

Welcome to dpc. Neat family pics, I like Sisterhood and Frognose. Looks like you know how to get that ole UZI to work.

Thanks. I really love trying to get candid shots of people, and with two kids, I have ample opportunity. But I do have to remind myself to get out of "Vacation Snapshot" mode occaisionally. I'm hoping that joining this site will make that happen more often.

Now I've just got to get out there and shoot!
