I'm not satisfied with this at all..lack of detail etc. but my aim was to show various stories going on: the viewers and the subjects. Melismatica...have you seen Schindler's List? Possibly the best use of selective desaturation (or, actually, resaturation) I've ever seen: the little girl in the red coat we see in the ghetto......and the poignant scene later on when we see her for the second time. I doubt that kind of impact could ever be captured in a single frame but no harm in people trying. |

Desaturation without desaturating in post processing. Sounds like an interesting challenge!
