Does anyone here know if the Adobe PhotoShop Elements feature called "Fill Flash" would be an allowable edit for photos on this site?
I don't really understand how this feature works, but it is applied to the whole image similar to a 'level' change. I actually think that this feature is probably some sort of combination of level changes that are handled in a single function...
Any comments on this would be greatly appreciated.

In my understanding, the fill flash in PhotoShop Elements is used like a curves adjustment in Photoshop. Only easier to use. It's basically used when you have a subject against a bright background to keep the subject from becoming a silhouette. It adds light to the shadows...and having said this...I still have no idea if we can use it...lol. Oh well....you said ANY comments. :)

Curve editing is legal so I suppose fill flash would be ok as well...
