The thing about "what color is the bear" questions is that the only possible answer can be white. The only place in the world that only has one color of bear just has white ones. :-)

This should be easy for all of you......You can see it, but you can not smell it, taste it or touch it.
What is it?

I have no clue what to guess, but I'd love to read the answers to these. When will you all post them?

Two men are vying for the hand of the same woman. They go to her father, and he quizzes them in the usual manner. They both pass with flying colors, and so he is perplexed. So he takes them both aside and says, "You both are equally fit to marry my daughter, I cannot make a decision. So I'll give you one last test: Of the two of you, the one who's horse makes it to the city of Alujahan last shall win the hand of my daughter."

They both jump on their horses and start riding through the desert. One year passes, then another. Neither has made it within even the 10 mile vicinity of Alujahan. Finally, while nearing the 3rd year, one suitor turns to the other and says, "I know the location of a wise old man, not far from here. We're not getting anywhere and I'm starting to get homesick. Let's talk to him to see if he knows what we can do."

The two of them reach the old man and tell him the story. The old man thinks for a second, then whispers something to the two of them. Soon enough they're running outside and the horses sprinting for the Alujahan city limits.

What did he tell them?

and for a second

I have two cats, one two three and un deux trois. The two of them try to cross the river, but only one makes it. Which one?

Alrighty, those are my riddles. HERES the answers.

Because of the many heros to send me the answer and make everything in this world right again...lol...the answer to #1 is that the men left riding each others horses toward the city, hoping to get there first, so their horse would be there last...thus being the one to marry the woman.

#2 is the cat 'one two three' because it says only one made it.

Well theres ya go!
Thanks again everyone that sent me PM's with the answers.
