Not sure if I'm posting this in the right forum but here it goes.
I was just wondering if using the photoshop blur filters (ie. gaussian, radial, motion, etc) is permitted in accordance with the advanced editing rules in the challanges. Does using layers in conjunction with these blur filters constitute "altering" of the image or "adding" to the original image? I just don't want a DQ requested for my entry. Any thoughts? TIA |

| The use of the blur filters / layers is fine under the Advanced Editing rules as far as I know. |
