		| | Please help, I can̢۪t get to my photos or videos!!!!
I use an eye-fi card (which apparently will soon stop working properly, but that is not the problem right now). I came home and the card immediately transferred the photos, but not the video clips (normal behaviour). So I took out the SD card in order to transfer the videos manually, but I could not access the card.
Windows Explorer thinks about it for ages, then tells me to insert a card (yes, it really IS in there already, the right way around) or shows an error message (see below).

Here are some details and steps:
 â€Â¢	Windows 10 desktop computer
 â€Â¢	External card readers

 For trouble shooting, we tried:
 â€Â¢	Rebooting the computer
 â€Â¢	Two different card readers
 â€Â¢	Two different cable/cords
 â€Â¢	Three different SD cards
â€Â¢	Two different USB ports (one internal, one powered hub)
â€Â¢	Note: A USB stick/thumbdrive works fine in both ports

Any ideas?? Thanks for your time.

		| | I could be off-base here, but I think when a card is formatted to an eye-fi setup then it's not readable by normal card readers? |

Two major problems with that theory:

 1) It always used to work just fine
 2) I tried three different SD cards, only one was an eye-fi card

This is a new problem - something wrong that used to work fine even on Windows 10.
I am guessing one of the Microsoft updates along the way wrecked it???

		| | can you still view the images and video on the card via the camera? If so, does your camera support transfer via a direct cable of some sort? Most do. Its slower, but that might be your best option. Once you have transferred everything, Try formatting the card. |

		| | you may want to try on a different computer to verify the problem is not with the card(s) |

		| | EYE-FI card? what's that? I had to google it. What an interesting idea.
Anyway, the OEM seems to have a pretty good help section on their website. Maybe you could get your answer there, or start a chat session.

 Good luck!
