Hi :)
I just took a photo of this beetle outside in my garden. It was digging itself underground, probably to lay eggs. Anyone know what type of beetle it is?

Great picture! Stunning color...looks like a Scarab Beetle, but I'm no entymologist. :o)

Great shot Ben. By looking at Laurie's link, I think you won't have any garden left if it did lay eggs. :)
