I have no connection with this product Link Here but it seems to be a cheaper option than Adobe. The company behind it is Serif.
It's Mac only, and I've been told there is no immediate plans for a windows version.
Caveat emptor. |

| I have been very interested for some reviews. Apparently, it can even use photoshop plugins. Not all work, but they are actively working on that. |
