where is everyone. I remember when there were 5+ threads going at a time and everyone was talking... Now hours go by and maybe 1 person says something....

I guess I just miss the good old days.

I noticed that about a year ago or so... Reason, members dropped from 1000 to 500 and I think there are not many people from other continents anymore... I don't say "any" but sure seems like less.

Irony... Once we complained about too many people speaking at the same time :-)))

I do remember those days... Now it's like I say something and the old me is still sitting here waiting for something else to do. I'm getting bored watching paint dry on a website hahaha

Well I ran my own photography business for a while. Was doing good until about 2 years ago when everyone was looking for a "cheap" photographer and it became too much work to sell my brand to a client when they could get some jenny from the block to shoot it for a buck 25.

Now I'm just getting old with my wife and kids and trying to live the american dream...

What about you guys?

Hi Alice. I no longer live in Emerald. Really enjoying the new scenery and just getting on with life. So no floods where I now live...yayyyy! Kita now goes to university and the boys are taller than me. Oh well...that's life.

I remember when I first started here there was a pillow fight thread that annoyed the crap out of me until I figured out how to ignore it. Now, I must admit that I'm a little saddened by the lack of responses to my travel thread. I know it wasn't a very interesting thread, heh.

Well, that's a start. You thinking about submitting to the Challenges again? You used to ahve some pretty good stuff in here.

Well I hadn't planned on it but then the DPL happened and I thought why the hell not. I honestly haven't picked my camera up in 8 months or so. I've become one of those people who take all their photos on their phones.
