I scan my SPAM folder before I jettison it, 'cause I always seem to find one or two from my regular people i.e., bank notifications and the like sent from different than normal accounts. When I saw I got one from the Secretary of State I thought I should read it. I was kind of surprised at the general wording as it seems a little off, but hey......it's the guv'mint, right? EEO plans in action.
I emboldened the last line as I found it somewhat pointed.....I guess I better hurry up and ghet that info out IMMEDIATELY!!!!!

| Investigations by the FBI, CIA and other Security Agencies working on your behalf were apparently unable to discover your full name, age, address, or even country of residence. Kindly help the imbeciles out. |
