Hi, Faidoi! I hope this isn't disruptive -- using the rant forum to "practice". What I was trying to do was see the difference between embedding a full size image and posting a thumnail that will pull up a full-size. I thought I had entered both. Can you tell what I did do, and what I am not getting right? I haven't ever used code, "parse", etc., before.

I usually don't like to put up a full size because it will disrupt the people with slower connections. Putting a thumbnail and if they want to see it then they will click it.

I have a pretty fast connection but I also have 2 brothers hooked up to the same connection so sometimes it gets slow also.

I've been surfing the net for less then 2 years. Barely had the computer that long.

Woo hoo! On the "edit" try, I finally got it. This is MUCH simpler than the way I was trying to do it from the tutorial. THANK YOU!!

So you have to jump to the page of thumbnail and just copy the 5 digits up on the URL section? Can you pick it up from any image, then? Sorry I am so slow with this. I am too "Windows-interface" oriented!

Only if the image is current available on this site can you use the .

If you want to know the coding for posting a picture from another site best thing to do is push on quote and the coding will appear. Copy and paste your own addresses.
