I took this shot back in September when I was in Cuba visiting my family. I was wondering what you guys thought of this shot. I like it and I particularly like the expression on her face. Looking forward to your opinions!

wonderfully detailed photo. On my monitor when I look at it there are some yellow tones.....which could be my monitor. I would have loved it if she'd been looking at the camera. She reminds me of my grandma.

I like it a lot,it is serious portrait and obviously as such is not meant to be a flattering shot. That said she looks a lovely old lady.
Nice, sepia or duotone ?

I processed it a long time ago, but I think it's duotone.

have just gone and had a look at the tutorial on duotone.....hadn't heard of it before. There's so much in the PS to learn.

Very nice, character filled picture. She looks very stern. Is she a stern woman?

I really like it. One thing that bugs me is the cropping. Did you happen to crop it? Why? I feel like she is to far to the bottom right. Great shot!

I like it! Old peoples faces show so much character! Here is a picture of my parents from last weekend!
