Seeing this link earlier made me wonder - if someone here created something that looked like the end result of these fungi in an expert editing challenge, would it be slammed by the same detractors who cannot conceive that a 'fantastical' image is still a photograph? Watch the time lapse...

A few terms ago in school I did a Technical Writing presentation on how zombie-like things do exist in current reality, so we better be prepared for them. I showed this little ant fungi as part of that presentation. The class was collectively given the heebie-jeebies. Good times... |
