I've used PSP and PS for a little while now. Originally started with PSP until my girlfriend got me PS as a present. There were/are two functions/filters/whatever in PSP that I really like: Clarify and Edge Preserving Smooth.
My question is: Is there any way to do these within PS? Either through a feature that I haven't uncovered in PS or through a plugin that I can download or buy.
Thanks. |

I don't have a copy of PSP so I don't know the technique you are talking about. Is there anyway of showing a before and after so we know what you are talking about?

Clarify is one of my favorite filters for editing, too, BikeRacer. I don't know if it's available as a plug in for PhotoShop. I just use both programs to get what I want done. |

I am familiar with both and they are both pretty good. Personally, I am more partial to PhotoShop and you will find that there is more help if you have questions for PhotoShop as well.
