| Goodness - I very much enjoyed voting the Free Study! A lot of variety, lots of different things to see, places to visit. I'll be back a little later on this week to comment, but my average vote given this time is pretty darn high. Nice work, folks!! |

Just went through them and honestly finding a full top 10 would be tough. I haven't viewed a free study in several months, maybe as long as a year. But wow the decline for the free study is huge. |
I'm surprised no one has voiced this opinion about the "Color Portrait III" challenge as well. I was really shocked when I voted on that one. |
I voted in the color portrait, hoping to see some great stuff. Sadly I too was disappointed. |
Ironically Color a Portrait was one of my highest vote averages ever. A 6.29 or so.

| Can't agree about low standards for this FS. I gave four 10s and five 9s, which is surely my most ever of those numbers. And even my average vote (with every image voted) is above 5, which is also unprecedented for me, I think. Yes there's the usual dross in there, but I reckon that more people than ever are testing their personal boundaries. Thank you! |

Does a score above 5 get to count as "low"? Perhaps a matter of perspective.
This is my 100th challenge entry, submitted fully expecting a low score. Expectation fulfilled as my score lingered around 3.8 for a quite a while before finally getting just above 4. I actually like my image and have a print hanging on display at work. Other people like it too. Definitely not trying for last place. Oh well, I greatly appreciate the three comments. And I'm happy that a free study prevents voters from declaring that my entry does not meet criteria.
