		| | ...but I'm going to buy the Tamron 24-70. 
 I'm in the last 24 hours of auctioning off my Canon 17-40. It's broken the $500.00 mark, so I'm happy with that. Wasn't as happy with the lens as I thought I would be. I did put it through it's paces. I remember the days of the Tokina 12-24...loved that. BUT I need a walk around lens and I have nothing in that range. 35mm could be walk around...what lovely images I've seen. That'll be next...gonna have to start selling more stuff. Then there's the Tokina 16-28...
 
 Can't someone make a Canon 10-300 f1.2 in the size of something like a 35mm lens?

 Actually, I think this is technically possible... all we have to do is shrink the sensor to a few millimeters across :-P
