upon completion of my 90 day "probation" period of a new job, I sent my boss my "90 day thoughts" a list of ways we could improve processes, standards etc. after shooting down the items to me in person one by one, that same day for our staff meeting (with members globally) he presented us with his "Agenda" for the meeting, with "This is a list of objectives i'd like us to explore". it was copy/paste of the email I sent him.

it was the one and only time we've had an agenda for our weekly meeting. I've been here 16 months now.

now I keep my ideas to myself. smile and wave.

My boss is a real jerk.

Dude never leaves me be.
I wake up in the morning, and he's there.
Can't go to bed without the guy bothering me either.
He nags at me during mealtimes that I should be working.
The SOB won't even leave me alone while I'm in the shower.
I can't even take my girlfriend out for a date without him showing up!
Maybe someday I'll get another job, but until then, working for me sucks.

I'd have printed out a date-stamped copy of your email and stapled it everywhere.

I thought of forwarding my original email to the team after the meeting....but still wanted to keep the job despite the boss.

it's always there in my email (which I've archived) the original and the meeting agenda. never know when it might come in handy.
