Canon EF-S 10-22mm f/3.5-4.5 USM

...Goodbye to the lowly second class status of "user" to become [insert fanfare.mp3 here] a real member. Feels kinda like the Velveteen Rabbit... or Harry Potter removing the invisibility cloak... or a better opportunity to be humbled by even more accomplished photogs.

I've got a full time - and then some - day job in the Santa Barbara area (moved up from San Diego about a year ago). Been a hobbyist since 1972. More engaged than ever in the past few years, with a lull that coincided with my move and new job.

Hope to be a more active contributor.

Hey, good stuff. From what used to be part of my extended stomping grounds no less. I'm a San Diego native, retired architectural photographer, now on Cape Cod on the Right Coast. Used to shoot in Santa Barbara quite often. Welcome aboard!

Nice... even fits well. Lightweight, thin, almost UV filter-like in its transparency. Hardly know it's on!

I've been looking for the privileges list, but I see nothing more than excuses to spend more time obsessing over this addictive hobby. I took a quick peek at your website and some of your work here. Great stuff. I'd enjoy meeting up at some point.
