Adding Text (but not clipart) is allowed for this challenge. |

It's been a long time ΓΆ€” the previous version was run without the Special Rule of adding text. Advanced Editing plus text should be plenty for this. |

There was another in 2004: Magazine Cover Revisited
Plus, I could swear there was one in my time here, that allowed text. |

| better be at least advanced editing, photoshop is a requirement for magazine covers. |
