7+ score is I think the biggest goal this year. I think that the second biggest one would be for FourPointX to actually go through with buying me that drink... I guess meeting him would be kinda cool too... :P

LOL! My goal for years is to get something that's *not* a hummingbird onto my profile page.

Is that to go with the "nut" on your profile pic?

I kid, I kid. :D

To enter regardless of the DPC ribbon criteria.

None.

No, seriously, my goal is to beat Wendy in the unofficial points and ribbons race.

Almost the same as my 2012 goals most of which I failed to achieve though I was pleased to get a 4th position in 2012

Score 7 or more
Win a ribbon
Afford to buy a new lens

When I first saw that many users had set some goals in their profile page and said "what is that?!"

I couldn't understand its meaning.

After several weeks I set my goals. I found the general idea quite funny and stimulating.

After 2 years I almost reached all my goals (this means that probably they weren't impossible to reach)
and this year I set two "no pressure" goals:

- Score a personal best
- Get a 7+ with a landscape

I probably set them to follow this "goals" tradition, but I'm quite relaxed about them :)

One resolution I've had, and managed to break for the last 3 years, has been to score over 5 on all challenges. Seeing that I'm currently rockin a 5.111 in Resolution challenge, I could well break that :-(

A more earnest resolution is to try and ribbon and/or score over 7 with the 50mm. The 300mm got me a solid 7, I blue'd with Siggy and red'd with the 18-200mm. And I want to get the D600 by year's end.

Yeah...I need more coffee.

My resolution is to learn something, and thanks to the kind folks that answered my thread on post processing woes, I've already accomplished that...

So now I get the rest of the year off

Well, I guess I'll also try to enter all the Free Studies this year and maybe learn one or two more things...
