When I signed up and set my preferences I noticed that there is one check box called: "Speed Challenges" that I checked to allow e-mail notrification for 24 and 48 hour challenges.
I haven't seen any since I signed up. Are they fairly far and few between?
The "planes, trains and automobiles" challenge I suggested earlier might be a good topic for a speed challenge... |

| For awhile, speed challenges were on holidays. Then it got too expected so now the admins just sneak one out every so often when you aren't expecting it. |

Bringing this back to the the question about the Speed Challenge e-mail... don't count on it!
From what I understand, D&L are still ironing out issues related to sending the Speed Challenge announcements via e-mail. But if you are addicted to the site and spend hours per day here, someday you'll see a Speed Challenge just appear on the front page at midnight Eastern Time... =] |
