Great Kelli, do what you need to but just get on with the rest and keep us informed.

OK, official test results are back. The aneurysm is slightly over 3 cm. So it's like I thought, it needs to be watched. This was a quick synopsis from the doctor over the phone. I'll get more details when I see her next week. From everything I've read, they don't do anything about these until they reach 5.5 cm.

That's really good news, Kelli. Hopefully now they know what the underlying cause is, they will know how to deal with your episodes of pain better.

I hope so Penny. I wasn't too happy with her original choice of plans before we knew anything. She prescribed pain pills. I haven't taken a single one because I don't like how they make me feel. So it's not really a good solution. I was actually surprised when I picked up the prescription because I could have sworn she said she was giving me something topical. ;D

I haven't said much here, but have been watching. I sure hope things are getting better for everyone by now.
Kelli, It's good to hear that there is some good news about your situation. Hopefully, there are some things you can do or avoid doing that will help to alleviate the flare-ups. You seem to have a good attitude about the problem, and that helps a lot.

Kelli, I've only just happened on this thread. I hope that the last 12 days have been more comfortable. Best wishes for your health issues. I'm glad that at least you will have professional supervision of that aneurism, much better than it being unknown.
