When we finalize a meeting location, could we include the name of, and if possible directions from, the nearest subway stop?

 Thanks,
 Terry

Hubby knows the tri-state area well since he works in there & drives it all day, every day...and I don't go to the city without him ;)

We'll be driving in & have a Yukon XL (suburban) & can seat 6 other passengers and their equipment. If 1 or 2 others have larger vehicles, getting around might be easier if the chosen places are spread out. Otherwise, we'll just drive between places & meet you there. I can not do huge hikes from place to place on top of all the park & zoo walking without paying for it for weeks afterward.

We need to set a time & try to nail down a basic artinerary. Hard to chose... |

I'll gladly take a ride to and from stops....I can't do heavy walking either.

For me, I'd say yes, though rain might make a picnic a bit more difficult... There are some shelters within the park, though, and rain won't preclude shooting. We could plan some alternate activity just in case (I posted a few ideas earlier in the thread).

FYI May 22 has a few events scheduled in the park, Jessica Simpson is performing at a benefit concert at Rumsey Field, the New York Road Runners have a 10k race in the park as well. There are also three walking tours, each about an hour long. The first at 11:00, the next at 1:00, and the last at 3:00. (See the link below) Looking forward to seeing you there. Think sun.

		17 days & counting...
Just a bump to remind everyone & make sure we haven't missed anybody.
Looking forward to meeting you all!
With significant others, we could hit 27. That's some crowd! Might want to think about breaking up into a few smaller groups & hitting our desinations on a rotation basis...then meeting back up.

We're doing Central Park and ... what? There are lots of shots in there - but will we be splitting up to go where people want? I know once it hits 7pm-ish, whoever hasn't left SHOULD be heading to Times Square (though Terry and I were there last time and some others have probly been there at night).

I'd like to have a bit more idea what we're all planning on doing - Mag are you guys gonna come in for a few hrs again or gonna stay over? What's the dilly yo? :)

Who's coming in early Sat morning? Who's coming in late Fri night (us probly)? Who's staying over Sat night? Who's going home?

No idea on all your questions.
 LOL

If anyone would like to make an agenda feel free.

The only thing I thought we would do is stay in the vacinity of the park entrance untill about 11:00. That would give us all a chance to meet and talk a bit. After that, no idea.
